Those fastag stickers that were brought from DrukBees has no issue and can be recharged, otherwise other fastag stickers brought from other sources have problem and issue with KYC.

  • How can i check my Fastag Balance?

    If you recharge the fastag using our service, you will receive notification on the current balance after the recharge amount. Also to keep your fastag from getting blocked or blacklisted, it is necessary to keep a minimum balance of INR 100.

  • It is required to maintain a minimum balance in your Fastag, which ensures that it runs properly, if the minimum balance is kept, when toll charges are higher than the minimum balance the toll payments works with the negative balance, to prevent any issues at the toll, but you need to recharge and maintain + (Positve) and minimum balance immediately after sometime, to ensure that it doesnot get blacklisted, because if the negative balance continues for sometime, then it gets blacklisted.

  • DrukBees is an established business house in Bhutan, we therefore are legally obliged to provide the service, since it has been found that many issues and problems have arisen in the past, where Bhutanese travellers via Indian Highway through West Bengal and Assam, has lot of issues, in regard to toll payment, high charges while paying in cash, and unreliable fastag providers, without providing the service and payments being taken, we assure relaibility, accountability and take ownership for our services.

  • Toll Charges for a light Vehicle (4 wheelers) Form Ngaglam/Samdrupjongkhar to Phuntsholing is INR 285 one way and vice versa, from Nganglam to Gelephu it is INR 135 and vice versa. This is an indicative charges, and in no way you should take this as final, the toll charges depend on the Toll charges as set by the toll gates and you need to check from time to time in their website.
